The IWUMD2025 organizer's statement about Russia's military aggression on Ukraine.
The organizers of the "8th International Workshop on Ultra-Wide Bandgap Materials and Devices" strongly support the Ukrainian people and unequivocally denounce the Russian Federation's military aggression. Therefore, researchers from Russian and Belarusian institutes will not be accepted to participate in IWUMD2025.
8th International Workshop on Ultra-Wide Bandgap Materials and Devices offers a unique platform for our research community to discuss the latest R&D advancements in ultra-wide bandgap materials and devices.
The workshop includes:
- special talks,
- parallel topical symposia,
- poster sessions,
- an industrial exhibit.
Topics will range from fundamental research to practical applications, including material (III-N compounds, SiC, Ga2O3, diamond) synthesis, device fabrication, characterization techniques, optical properties, optoelectronic devices, UV sensing, and more.
