Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 widescreen format, using PowerPoint or PDF, and bring it on a USB stick or portable hard drive. Presentations should be uploaded to the session computer before your talk—ideally during the morning coffee break. You can find your session room information online, in the pocket guide, or on the back of your badge. A member of the local committee will be available to assist if needed.
Please prepare your poster in vertical A0 format (841 × 1189 mm or 33.1 × 46.8 inches). Posters should be mounted on the numbered stands on Monday morning (during the coffee break, preferably) and may remain on display until the end of the workshop.
Each presenter is also asked to prepare a short oral introduction (one slide with highlights is sufficient). A maximum of 4 minutes will be allocated for each presenter to briefly introduce their poster to the audience. These short presentations should primarily focus on the motivation of the research to engage the audience and encourage further discussion.
