Registration fee can be paid by credit card and bank transfer which is available during a registration process, or on-site by cash.
Accompanying persons have the possibility to participate in the Workshop’s accompanying events (Networking meeting) only upon registration via the form available on the Workshop website. The fee for this type of participation is 75 Euro and the payment is possible via bank transfer or by online payment (credit card), which is also mentioned in the registration system.
Your Registration includes
- Admission to the 8thInternational Workshop on Ultra-Wide Bandgap Materials and Devices;
- Online information material;
- Delegate badge. Only attendees who wear the personal badge will be able to attend the Workshop and let into the Workshop venue;
- Lunches and coffee breaks;
- Networking meeting on September 23rd, 19:00-23:00;
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Send a substitute – make sure your organization doesn’t miss out on the valuable learning experience. There is no charge or penalty for a substitution.
- Ask for a refund - you may cancel your registration and get a refund (minus a 50 EUR administrative fee) if you notify us in writing prior to July 31, 2025. If you realize after July 31, 2025 that you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Refunds cannot be made at that point due to materials that have been ordered and guarantees that have been placed based on your anticipated attendance.
